CHANGE OF NAME

Further to the passing of a resolution at this morning's EGM, Jumpit ASA wishes
to announce that following receipt of approval from the Bronnoysundregisterne
(registrar of companies), the Company will change its name to MultiPower ASA and
will trade on AIM under that name using the ticker symbol 'MPOW' with effect
from 15 April 2008.
