Notice of AGM & Proposed Change of Name
Pires Investments plc (AIM: PIRI), the investment company
investing in next generation technology with a focus on AI,
announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be
posted to shareholders of the Company later today, convening a
meeting to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington &
Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN on 9 October
2023 at 10.30 am.
Proposed change of name
At the Company's forthcoming AGM, the Company will seek
shareholder approval to change the name of the Company to Mindflair
plc.
Further details regarding the Company's change of name,
including the new ticker code, and updated website address,
containing the information required to be published pursuant to
Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, will be announced in due
course.
The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of
