On 3 March 2000 Oasis received notification that Murray Johnstone Limited
and/or clients under its management, purchased 932,500 ordinary shares in
Oasis on 1 March 2000, giving them a total shareholding of 1,595,600 ordinary
shares in the Company (representing approximately 3.042% of the issued share
capital of the Company).
