This notification is made in accordance with section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 
and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.

Panceltica (AIM: PANC) has been notified that on 31 March 2008 Mr. John Colin
Fitzpatrick, the chief financial officer of the Company, purchased 100,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 111p per Ordinary Share. Following
this transaction, Mr. Fitzpatrick's aggregate holding in the Company has
increased to 604,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.26% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
