The Company announces that the
following transactions, in ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 12 June
2024.
Duncan Leggett, Chief Financial
Officer, sold 5,506 Shares, at a price of 162.6p per Share, and
purchased 6,164 Shares, at a price of 162.75p per Share.
David Wilkinson, Human Resources
Director, transferred 12,332 Shares
to Jane Wilkinson, PCA to David
Wilkinson, for nil consideration. He
then sold 5,506 Shares, at a price of 162.6p
per Share, and purchased
5,889 Shares, at a price of

Share.
Jane Wilkinson, PCA to David
Wilkinson, received 12,332 Shares from
David Wilkinson, for nil consideration. She then
sold 12,332 Shares, at a
