Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM: PFP), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, confirms that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement comprises 1,057,494,834 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in issue, each with one voting right. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue and voting rights will be 1,057,494,834 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
