          Pactolus Hungarian Property plc (the 'Company' or "Group") 
 
                        Loan Facility & Property Sale/s 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 2 March 2015, the Group has sold a 
further property at a sales price of GBP187,300 (following all sales commission 
and tax) and the sales proceeds have been applied against the loan to the 
Company by M & M Investment Company plc. 
 
The total loan now owing to M & M Investment Company plc (and any associates) 
is now EUR1,415,688. 
 
The Company's annualised rent roll is currently around EUR482,000.
