Offer for Subscription Results

The Company announces that with regard to the Offer for Subscription made on 31 
August 2001 which closed on 22 October 2001, applications in respect of 
4,070,600 shares have been received. The total subscriptions raised under the 
Offer for Subscription amounted to #508,825.

Application has been made by the Company for a further 70,600 to be admitted to 
AIM with dealings in respect of such shares expected to commence on 31 October 
2001.
