Company Update

The Company is pleased to announce that it has recently concluded negotiations
with an Australian company, Pie Networks, to manage on a three months trial
basis all of their British based Internet kiosks.  In total we will manage 42
Internet kiosks on behalf of Pie Networks situated mainly in libraries and
community centres, which is a new market for the Company.  The Company has also
secured an option to buy the kiosks which can be exercised after the three
months trial.  The Board views these types of transaction as another way to
drive the business forward and are in discussion with a number of other parties
on this front.



This deal will bring the total number of units that we manage and operate to
over 400, of which the Company owns over 350.  Over the last four months the
Company has also undertaken a process of upgrading the product offering by way
of phasing out the older first generation Internet kiosks and replacing them
with more modern upright units.



These developments mean that the Company is able to offer its services across a
number of different platforms which allows greater flexibility when satisfying
customer demand.  Furthermore, a number of alternative revenue opportunities
have presented themselves, for example through  advertising revenues and
Internet click-through fees, as we have increased the number of Internet kiosk
that we manage and operate.



The Company is also pleased to report that the Ministry of Defence ("MOD") and
Navy Army and Air Force Institutes ("NAFFI") sites continue to grow and now
account for about half of the units that we operate.  It is the Company's
intention to expand this side of our operation and the Company is currently
looking to install units at MOD and NAFFI sites in Germany.



Finally, the Company has recently completed the first sale of its Internet
kiosks, which includes a service agreement, to a third party, Imperial Hotel
Group, which has over 5,000 rooms in London and the Company has recently
received a further order for more units from them.
