                             Dividend Announcement


The final dividend of 0.25 cents per ordinary share (approximately 0.135 pence)
referred to in the Preliminary Statement of Results for the Year Ended 30 June
2006, will be paid on the 17 November 2006; with an ex dividend date of 18
October 2006 and an associated record date of 20 October 2006.
