Three Year $4.56m Defence Contract
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added
component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power,
and communications products, is pleased to announce that its Value
Added Supplies division has secured a three year contract renewal
with a global defence technology customer to supply components for
its defence aerospace programme.
The contract, which has been awarded following the successful
completion of the initial three year contract awarded to Solid
State Supplies, will add approximately $800,000 to Solid State's
open order book in the first year, with a total value of $4.56m to
be realised over its duration as staged delivery dates are
confirmed.
Commenting on the Contract, John Macmichael, Managing Director
of Solid State Supplies, said:
