  DECLARATION OF SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND 


 




  The directors of Smaller Companies Value Trust plc have declared that a second interim dividend of 1.5 pence per income share for the year ending 30 April 2009 will be paid on 22 April 2009 to income shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 April 2009. This, together with the first interim dividend of 3.00 pence paid on 9 January 2009, makes a total for the year to date of 4.5 pence.
