Speymill Contracts - Appointment of Administrator

Further to the announcement made on 10 December 2012 by the Company, Speymill Contracts Limited ("Contracts") has today entered administration.

Cameron Frazer Gunn, Mark Christopher Supperstone and Simon David Harris, each of ReSolve Partners LLP have been appointed to act as the administrators of Contracts.

Speymill is not directly affected by this appointment and continues to trade as normal.
