Policy Maturity

The Company has received notification of a policy maturity on 26 September 2016 on one policy with a face value of US$2,000,000.

The maturity is in the process of being verified and assuming it is certified would add approximately 1.1p to the NAV per share.

As announced on 13 and 26 September 2016, the Company is proposing a change to the investment objective and policy resulting in the full disposal of the portfolio and ultimately the voluntary winding up of the Company. This will be considered at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 10 October 2016.

Assuming shareholders vote in favour of changing the investment objective of the Company and thereby effecting the disposal, , it should be noted that the risk transfer date for the policies, and the responsibility for further premium payments on such policies, is to be 12 September 2016. The benefit of the maturity would therefore accrue to the purchaser, while the responsibility for payment of any September premium to keep the policy in effect would similarly be for the account the purchaser.
