Qunar Announces Promotion of Haijun Yang to President

Qunar Cayman Islands Limited (Nasdaq:QUNR) ("Qunar" or the
"Company"), China's leading mobile and online travel platform,
today announced the appointment of Mr. Haijun Yang, previously Vice
President of the Company, to President of the Company, effective
April 20, 2016.
Mr. Yang served as the Vice President of Qunar
responsible for public relations since November 2014. He joined
Qunar in March 2014 as the senior director of public relations.
Prior to joining Qunar, Mr. Yang was director of public relations
at Baidu, Inc. He has over 14 years of experience in communications
and public relations for Internet companies and held various
positions at Chinabyte, Popular Computer Week and Baidu. Mr. Yang
received his EMBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business
in 2013.
