ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 

On December 1, 2023, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share of the Company’s common stock for the fourth quarter 2023, payable December 29, 2023, to common stockholders of record on December 15, 2023‎. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
