TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 30, 2014) - Barrick Gold
Corporation (NYSE:ABX)(TSX:ABX) (Barrick) announced that the
nominees listed in the information circular for the 2014 Annual and
Special Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of
