TORONTO, June 26, 2015 /CNW/ - Verde Potash (TSX: "NPK") ("Verde" or the
"Company") held its Annual and Special Meeting ("ASM") of
shareholders on Thursday June 25,
2015 in Toronto, Canada and
is pleased to announce that's its shareholders approved all items
put before them.
At the ASM, all director nominees were elected as directors of
the Company. In addition, shareholders adopted the Directors'
Report, the Audited Statement of Accounts and the Auditors' Report
for the year ended December 31, 2014
and appointed BDO LLP as auditors of the Company to hold office
until the next annual meeting. Shareholders also approved all
unallocated options under the Company's Stock Option Plan ("the
Plan"), and the Company's ability to continue granting options
under the Plan until June
25th, 2018. The results of the vote on election
