to announce the results of its annual meeting (the "Meeting") of
holders of common shares (the "Shareholders") held on June 13, 2024. A total of 71,318,511 common
shares, representing 50.63% of common shares issued and outstanding
as of April 24, 2024, the Record Date
of the Meeting, were represented.
Andre Mousseau, President and
Chief Executive Officer, said, "Sagicor appreciates and thanks our
shareholders for their physical and virtual participation in our
annual meeting. We are also pleased to welcome Cathleen McLaughlin to our Board of Directors.
Cathleen's deep experience and experience across our many

Ms. McLaughlin practiced law for over three decades, providing
counsel to corporate and sovereign clients across international
markets. Ms. McLaughlin recently retired from Paul Hastings LLP,
where she practiced in the firm's Corporate Finance group at its
New York Office. Prior to Paul
Hastings, Ms. McLaughlin was the head of the International
Capital Markets practice of Allen & Overy LLP.
