(BERLIN:GV7) (FRANKFURT:GV7) (WKN A0B75M) is pleased to announce that it has
retained Ms. Shirley Anthony to act as investor relations consultant to grow the
Company's shareholder base and to coordinate a comprehensive market awareness
campaign that will highlight the significant investment opportunity represented
by the Company to the North American investment community.


Ms. Anthony is a corporate communications professional with nine years of
experience in investor relations, communications and strategic marketing with
publicly listed resource equities in the United States and Canada. Her most
recent roles in the resource space were as VP Investor Relations for
International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. and as Manager of Corporate Communications
for Corvus Gold Inc. from August 2010 to August 2012. Previously, she served as
Corporate Communications Manager for Silvercorp Metals Inc., a NYSE/TSX-listed
silver producer, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, she held the position of
Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for publicly traded resource
companies focused on silver, uranium, base metals and potash exploration. Ms.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Art's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the
University of British Columbia and is based in Vancouver, B.C.

Ms. Anthony has been engaged for a term of 12 months at a reasonable monthly
remuneration for a consultant with her qualifications and experience.
