Kallisto Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:KEC) ("Kallisto") announces that is has filed
its Annual Information Form ("AIF") dated April 25, 2014. Included in the AIF is
the annual oil and gas disclosure as at December 31, 2013 required under
National Instrument 51-101. 


Kallisto is a Calgary-based junior resource company engaged in the exploration,
development and production of oil and natural gas, primarily in Alberta.
