VANCOUVER, June 12, 2012 /CNW/ - WPC Resources Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders approved all matters presented at the Annual General Meeting held on June 8, 2012. The Company's shareholders re-elected Crichy Clarke, Allan Fabbro, Richard Jordens, Ernest Peters, Glen MacDonald, Bruce Hamilton, Don Merrick and John Zimmerman to the Board of Directors.  Each shall serve as a Director of the Company until the 2013 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders of the Company also re-appointed Smythe Ratcliffe, Chartered Accountants, as auditors for the ensuing year and approved the 2012 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan, the particulars of which are set out in more detail in the Company's Management Information Circular dated May 4, 2012.
