CTX Virtual Technologies, Inc. Changes Trading Symbol to CTXV and Changes Corporate Name

CTX Virtual Technologies, Inc. ("CTXV" or the "Company")
(PINKSHEETS: CTXV), announced today that it changed its name from
Petroleum Consolidators of America to CTX Virtual Technologies,
Inc. and its symbol from PCAI to CTXV.
The Company has also announced the retention of Strategic Growth
International, Inc. ("SGI"), as its investor relations consultant.
SGI specializes in creating interest in undiscovered public
companies worldwide and will assist CTX Virtual Technologies, Inc.
in establishing worldwide exposure and relationships particularly
with institutional investors.
The Company expects to begin the necessary audits and other
requirements for the application to the OTC Bulletin Board or other
senior exchange.
