(EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry, is pleased to announce that through its subsidiary, Pestmaster Services Tampa, the Company will be reporting record revenues for the second quarter of 2015.  The former X-Terminate Inc. realized a 20% increase in revenues compared to the same period in 2014 showing exciting year over year growth.

Following the successful completion of the Pestmaster Services negotiations, Enviro-Serv's X-Terminate subsidiary now operates as Pestmaster Services Tampa.  Management believes that this increase in revenue is just the first of many major milestones that the Company aims to hit in 2015.  Chris Trina, CEO of Enviro-Serv, Inc. states, "This 20% increase in sales stems from a strong termite season and pure hustle from within.From April 1st onward it was our internal goal from myself down to the termite technicians to reach a record setting quarter. We had set these goals even with losing Richard Tellone and Gary Cole in Q4 and we've reached those goals in Q2. The third quarter has begun and with the already existing Pestmaster contracts in place and some unexpected VA work already performed, it's quite feasible we double or even triple our Q3 revenues."

After in-person meetings and many phone calls between parties I personally believe this deal will get done within the 4th quarter. The AC company had record revenues last year of over $1.4 million and all due diligence has been completed. They are on pace for another record year, and I really want this company in my portfolio."

The consummation of this franchise agreement between the Company and Pestmaster Services will give Pestmaster Tampa the ability to bid on residential, commercial, and government contracts that it was once unable to take advantage of. In addition to this, management is optimistic about the pipeline currently in place for future ventures that it will look to close on, in the second half of 2015 and with the busy season for pest control coming during the summer months, Enviro-Serv anticipates continued growth from its pest control services division well into the fourth quarter and beyond.
