Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Harvey Sawikin ("Mr. Sawikin") controls Firebird Management LLC ("Management"), Firebird Avrora Advisors LLC ("Avrora") and FGS Advisors LLC ("FGS"). Management, Avrora and FGS act as investment advisers to, respectively, Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd., Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd. and Firebird Global Master Fund, Ltd. (each a "Fund") that own the shares reported herein. As investment advisers to the Funds, each of Management, Avrora and FGS has voting and investment control with respect to the shares held by the Fund that it advises. The Reporting Persons may be deemed to have an indirect interest in certain of the shares owned by the Funds through their indirect holdings in the Funds, if any. The Reporting Persons disclaim beneficial ownership of all shares except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein and this filing should not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for Section 16 purposes or any other purposes.
( 2)  Ian Hague ("Mr. Hague") is a principal of each of Management, FGS and Avrora, and is also a director of the Issuer. Mr. Hague has separately filed a Form 3 and certain Form 4s disclosing his personal holdings of the securities of the Issuer. Mr. Hague may be deemed to have an indirect interest in certain of the shares owned by the Funds through his indirect holdings in the Funds, if any. Mr. Hague disclaims beneficial ownership of all shares except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein and this filing should not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for Section 16 purposes or any other purposes.
