Pernod Ricard SA said shareholders have approved the cash dividend of 2.66 euros ($3.18) a share for the financial year 2020, and they also have renewed the directorship of the chief executive.

An interim dividend of EUR1.18 a share was distributed in July and the balance of EUR1.48 a share will be paid in December, the owner of Absolut vodka and Jameson whiskey said late Friday.

Shareholders also approved the renewal of the directorships of Chief Executive and Chairman Alexandre Ricard, Cesar Giron and Wolfgang Colberg for a term of four years, the company said. Virginie Fauvel, the CEO of software publisher Harvest SA, will join the board of directors for four years, the company said.
