SAYE Option Grant
The Company announces that on 15 October 2020 it granted an
option to purchase ordinary shares in the Company to Mike Killoran,
Group Finance Director, under the Persimmon Savings-Related Share
Option Scheme 2018. The option will normally be exercisable from 1
December 2023 to 31 May 2024.
