Directorate Changes
Staffline, the recruitment and training group, announces that on
the 23(rd) and 24(th) of April 2020, Dawn Ward and Tracy Lewis,
Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman, respectively,
tendered their resignations to the Board with immediate effect.
The Board is at an advanced stage in the process of appointing a
new Chairman and a further announcement is expected to be made
shortly.
Richard Thomson, Non-Executive Director of Staffline,
commented:
"I would like to thank Tracy and Dawn for their contribution to
the Company. Tracy stepped up in September 2019 from NED to the
position of Non-executive Chair, to help us through these difficult
circumstances drawing on her experience as a former CEO of a
multinational business. Dawn's experience in the further education
sector has supported the successful transition of PeoplePlus. We
wish them both well for the future and look forward to announcing
the appointment of a new Chairman very shortly."
