Transfer of Treasury Shares

On 7 November 2022 a total of 133,600 ordinary shares were transferred out of treasury for nil consideration into the Videndum Employee Benefit Trust (the Videndum EBT).

Following the above transfer, the Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 46,581,058 ordinary shares in issue. The subsequent holding of the Videndum EBT is 438,701 ordinary shares representing 0.94% of the issued share capital.
