TotalEnergies SE said Wednesday that it has agreed to transfer its remaining 20% interest in Russia's Kharyaga oil field.

The French energy company said that Russian operator Zarubezhneft will take the remaining stake.

The transaction depends on the approval of the Russian authorities, the energy group said.
