Announcement of Retained Bond Sale Settlement 17 November 2023

Beyond Housing Limited (the Issuer) GBP250,000,000 2.125 per cent. Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (of which GBP85,000,000 were issued as retained bonds (the Retained Bonds)).

The Issuer previously announced that it had executed a Forward Purchase Agreement on 11 November 2022 in connection with the sale of GBP40,000,000 of the Retained Bonds (the Sale). The Sale settled on 17 November 2023.
