Accsys, the fast-growing and eco-friendly company that combines technology and ingenuity to enhance the properties of wood to create products that are extremely durable and stable, presenting new opportunities for the built environment, announces that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is now available to view on the Company's website at https://www.accsysplc.com/investors/corporate-governance/ .

The documents will today be posted to shareholders, distributed via the website or emailed based on shareholders' preferences.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Link Group at 65 Gresham St, London EC2V 7NQ, UK, on Wednesday 20 September at 12.00 pm (BST). Any changes to the AGM will be communicated to shareholders via a Regulatory Information Service before the meeting.
