The Company announces that it has entered into a
two-year unsecured revolving credit facility ("RCF") with The Royal
Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch) ("RBSI") for
£10 million.
This replaces the Company's existing facilities
with RBSI of a £5 million unsecured term loan which had a fixed
interest rate of 2.78% and a £5 million unsecured revolving credit
facility, both of which mature today.
The Company has entered into this facility for
the purpose of pursuing its investment objective.
