of new external directorship
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2) and
further to the announcement made today by Lloyds Banking Group plc,
Centrica plc announces that Nathan Bostock, Non-Executive Director
and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company, will be
appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc
and, subject to regulatory approval, Chair of Lloyds Bank Corporate
Markets plc, in each case with effect from 1 August
2024.
