Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the
leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance
building products, with significant market
shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance
and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing
sectors, announces that on 14 February 2025
Chris Empson, Group Finance Director, along with his wife,
transferred by way of a gift 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate
to his adult children. Following this transfer,
Chris Empson and his closely associated persons are beneficially
interested in 267,793 Ordinary Shares.
