                                Issue of equity


The Company announces that application has been made for 10 Jourdan new ordinary
shares of #1 each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and
admission is expected to be on 7 November 2006.


The shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of 100 Jourdan warrants
which converted into 10 New Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of #7 per New
Ordinary Share.


Following the issue of the above shares, the issued share capital of the Company
is now 3,240,010 ordinary shares of #1 each.
