Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company"), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, is pleased to announce that its Investment Manager's monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 June 2023 is now available on the Company's website at:

As at 30 June 2023, the Company was exposed to a diversified, partially inflation protected portfolio of 47 investments with a valuation of GBP310m.

One loan to a hotel and golf club house development located in the Algarve, Portugal repaid in the month, returning GBP11.3m to RECI.
