Secora plc ('the Company')

Grant of share options

The Company announces that 750,000 share options have today been granted to
directors of the Company at an exercise price of 9 pence per share, being the
mid market trading price of the Ordinary Shares of the Company at the close of
trading on 15 August 2007.
These options are exercisable after 12 months from the date of grant until the 
fifth anniversary of the date on which 
they become exercisable.

The number of options granted today to each director is as follows:

Jemma George        Chief Executive                 450,000 options
John Wilson         Finance Director                150,000 options
Marcus Yeoman       Non Executive Chairman          150,000 options

As a result of the options granted today, the total number of options over 
ordinary shares held by directors is 960,000, and divided between directors 
as follows:

Jemma George        Chief Executive                 660,000 options
John Wilson         Finance Director                150,000 options
Marcus Yeoman       Non Executive Chairman          150,000 options

The Company has also reached agreement with Andrew Oliver, former Non Executive 
Chairman of the Company, to cancel his holding of 140,000 options. There are no 
additional options held by directors or former directors of the Company beyond 
this disclosure.
