Directors Options


The Board announces that on 17 December 2007 Jemma George, executive director of
the Company, agreed to cancel 210,000 options which were granted to her at the
time of the Company's flotation in June 2004.

As a result of this cancellation, Jemma George now holds options over a total of
450,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
