    Directorate Change

    Secora plc announces that the board has today accepted Jemma George's resignation as a director of the
    Company with immediate effect. Jemma has decided to leave the Company in order to pursue other business
    interests.

    The board is considering the appointment of an additional director in due course. 

    Marcus Yeoman, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Jemma for her significant contribution to
    Secora over the last four years and in particular for her valuable input during the Company's transition from a live entertainment
investment company to that of an investor in the broader consumer lifestyle brands sector.
    On behalf of myself and the board I would like to extend to Jemma our very best wishes for the future."
