A.I.S. RESOURCES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:AIS.H) (the "Corporation") announced today
that its Board of Directors has granted an aggregate of 200,000 options under
the Corporation's stock option plan to a director and certain consultants of the
Corporation. The options have an exercise price of $0.60 per share and expire on
May 20, 2019.

term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility
