BDC.P Blandings Capital Limited (Tier2)

Blandings Capital Limited (TSX VENTURE:BDC.P) ("Blandings") wishes to announce
that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has granted its request for an
extension of the time within which it is required to complete a Qualifying
Transaction. The deadline for such completion has been extended until March 31,
2010. This relief has been granted in accordance with the Exchange's bulletin
dated November 3, 2008, entitled Temporary Relief Measures amended by the
Exchange Bulletin dated March 6, 2009.


Blandings is in the process of completing its Qualifying Transaction and filed a
prospectus with the Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario Securities Commission
on September 22, 2009 and has made its initial submission to the Exchange.
