JOR Jourdan Resources Inc

Jourdan Resources Inc. ("Jourdan" or the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE: JOR) announces the closing on December 30, 2010 of a non brokered private placement for total gross proceeds of $388,888.80 (the "Placement"). Jourdan issued a total of 1,750,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.20 per flow-through share and 194,444 common shares at a price of $0.20 per common share. In connection with this private placement, Jourdan paid finder's fees in cash for a total of $31,111.10.

Jourdan also announces the concurrent closing of a private placement with an institutional fund for total gross proceeds of $150,000 (the "Concurrent Placement"). In total, the Corporation issued an additional 750,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.20 per flow-through share.

The securities issued under the Placement and the Concurrent Placement will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring on May 1, 2011. The gross proceeds from these private placements will be used for exploration and development of the Company's Quebec properties.
