TSR.H Top Strike Resources Corp (delisted)

The Silver Recycling Company Inc. ("Silver Recycling") (NEX:TSR.H) is pleased to
announce that it has entered into an amending agreement ("Amending Agreement")
dated as of April 2, 2008, to amend the definitive purchase agreement ("Purchase
Agreement") dated March 4, 2008. The Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which
Silver Recycling intends to acquire two privately-owned companies (the
"Targets") involved in the silver scrap recycling business, was announced in the
company's news release dated March 13, 2008.


The Amending Agreement revised the total consideration to US$6.2 million, which
is within Silver Recycling's acquisition parameters in light of the strong
operating performance of the Targets. Payment of the consideration includes
US$3.72 million in cash (less US$225,000 in deposits) at closing plus US$2.48
million in common shares of Silver Recycling ("Share Consideration"). Based on
the fixed share price consideration rate of CDN$0.725 per share and current
foreign exchange rates for the Canadian dollar, there will be approximately
3,420,690 shares of Silver Recycling issued for the Share Consideration. The
closing of the Acquisition has been extended to April 30, 2008.


Closing is subject to customary closing conditions and TSX Venture Exchange
acceptance.


Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including
TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. There can be no assurance that the transaction
will be completed as proposed or at all.
