West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. ("West High Yield" or the "Company")
(TSX VENTURE:WHY) announces the release of its financial results and the
Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended December 31,
2012. The audited financial statements and related MD&A for the year ended
December 31, 2012 have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory
authorities on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. 


The Company commissioned SRK Consulting of Lakewood, Colorado ("SRK") to prepare
a Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") in respect of the Company's Rossland,
British Columbia magnesium property (the "Record Ridge South Property"). The
Company expects to provide the PEA in May 2013.
