2,233  granted 11 December 2019 and 3,011 granted 10 December 2021 under the Victrex plc 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan and 19,152 nil cost options granted under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan.  The options comprised of 4,092 shares being made up of a dividend equivalent amounts across the grants. 

 

Sold sufficient shares 11,504 arising from the exercise to cover costs, and retained the balance of 12,892 as shares.
