NOVA LEAP HEALTH CORP. (TSXV: NLH) ("Nova Leap" or “the Company”), a growing home health care organization, is pleased to announce that it has completed the strategic acquisition of two affiliated home care services companies with operations in Nova Scotia. Additional information pertaining to the acquisitions is included in the press releases dated October 29, 2024 and January 8, 2025 and the Company’s Management Information Circular dated November 18, 2024 filed on SEDAR+.

The acquisition was a Non-Arm’s Length transaction pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange policies and was approved by disinterested shareholders of the Company at a meeting of shareholders held on January 8, 2025.
